SECTION 8 VOUCHERS

Are you in possession of a Section 8 Voucher? We collaborate with HACLA, LACDA, Long Beach, and various other Section 8 voucher programs. Our procedure is easy.

TIME LIMITED SUBSIDY

The Time-Limited Subsidy Programs in the Permanent Housing Department of LAHSA include the following: Rapid Re-Housing, Recovery Re-Housing, and Shallow Subsidy/Street to Subsidy. The amount of time varies by the specific program.

TENANTS W/O ASSISTANCE

Are you on the hunt for rental apartments? We offer a variety of apartments in locations like Huntington Park, Los Angeles, South Gate, Wilmington, Riverside County, Orange County, and beyond. Basic criteria include an income of at least twice the rent amount, along with employment or self-employment status.

Shallow Subsidy Program

Shallow Subsidy Program provides rental assistance to individuals or families who are enrolled in a Rapid Re-housing program. Currently we are working with multiple non-profit organization helping clients to prevent homelessness.

Brilliant Corners Voucher

Brilliant Corners is a non-profit organization that provides vouchers to eligible clients to assist with housing costs. If you have received a Brilliant Corners voucher, please contact our office for further assistance. We maintain a close partnership with Brilliant Corners to effectively support our clients and ensure they receive the necessary resources and assistance to secure stable housing.

Security Deposit Assistance

We assist tenants who have income but require support with their security deposits. Through our extensive network of non-profit organizations, we can connect clients with the appropriate resources to address this need. For more information, please contact our office.

  5. Lease Terms: Review the lease agreement thoroughly, paying close attention to terms, rent amount, lease duration, and any additional clauses.
  6. Deposit and Fees: Pay any required security deposit, application fees, or other upfront costs as outlined in the lease agreement.
  7. Signing: Once everything is agreed upon and payments are made, sign the lease agreement to finalize the rental transaction.
  8. Move-in: Coordinate with us to schedule your move-in date and obtain keys to the property.
